In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will need to contact us and return your order within 30 days from the day it arrives at your home/business. Actual shipping charges will not be refunded on any items returned to us. For example, we sometimes have free shipping specials or only charge a small fee for shipping. But the actual shipping charges are rather high. So even though you may have not had to pay for shipping, the full price of your order will be refunded MINUS actual shipping charges we paid. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping to us and insure that the item is returned in proper condition. When will my order be shipped? Plants are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. We limit the days plants are shipped to minimize chances they will be stuck in the post office over the weekend. The shortest time they are crammed in a box, the better! Other items are nearly always shipped within 24 hours from the time we receive your payment... We use the U.S. Post Office to ship all our orders via Priority Mail. We are unable to process International orders. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal.com We also accept checks & money orders.
